This is Emiko Pereira. Emiko Pereira — International Real Estate & Hospitality Professional After spending 33 years in Rio de Janeiro and honing my international expertise as an agent for one of Brazil's largest developers, I now operate as an international real estate advisor based in Tokyo. As eXp Realty Japan's first agent, I handle a wide range of services including rentals, sales, investment properties, and hotel projects. Leveraging 16 years of experience in the real estate industry, I provide real estate strategy and sales/purchase support not only for individual clients, but also for corporate clients and developers. I completed graduate studies in Real Estate Law and hold an MBA in Hospitality & Tourism. I am a licensed real estate agent (宅地建物取引士), CRECI-RIO certified, NAR-certified CIPS, and hold a Level 2 Financial Planner qualification (AFP). I am fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and am currently studying French.
